I just want to say that my experience with BMC was great, all the way from Test Driving to Pick-Up. And the Customer Service was also amazing. I dealt with Kesha Keaton who was located at the Vilseck location when I was in Germany. She was a delight to deal with because she answered ALL my questions & was always available on email. Most importantly, Kesha didn’t bother me with calls that most other Sales Associates bothered me with. She saw me interests & respected that I wanted to do my own research. I do not recall who helped me in Würzburg, besides Sarah...who was also a delight to deal with mainly because she took a moment to give me some tips on the local area. Where to eat, site see, etc. The Pick-Up was great, however, BMC was unable to book me a room at any local Hotel thanks to the Wine Festival that was going on when I scheduled my pick up. They did however make up for it in other ways that left me satisfied with everything. With that said, the pricing that they offered me was more than enough of a savings & everyone back home is always amazed by the deal that I got. Glad I went through BMC & will always recommend Kesha.

Mark was a gentleman and professional who gave me all my options, was never pushy and ensured that I got the vehicle that I wanted. He also took the time to fully explain the process and keep me informed of every aspect of the sale.
Although I never physically met her, Ms. Susan Rogney took care of my accommodations at the Maritim Hotel in Wurzburg, providing a great experience. Having a window overlooking the river with a view of the glowing castle was quite special. I went on from there to meet with Ms. Sabine Cumiskey who was a consummate professional. Upon my entry she ensured that I was made comfortable and treated with dignity and respect. The process was very smooth, informative and uplifting. I regret that I do not recall the name of her assistant who made sure I got my zoll documents and was on the road without much inconvenience. It is not often that one has an experience that is so positive throughout. The best part was the big smile on my face for the 162km drive home in my new BMW 430i Gran Coupe. Thank you all.
