Avocado oil is generally produced from slightly spoilt or damaged avocados. The actual process of avocado oil extraction involves the use of 3-phase decanters. The primary step is to remove the stones and skin of the fruit as the oil is mainly extracted from the avocado pulp. The pulp is thereafter put into a disintegrator that smashes the pulp to its basic components. What follows next is placing the residue into a kneader.

There is a 2-phase decanter that performs the task of separating the left over mass into oil and raw fruit flesh devoid of oil. The last and final step involves decontaminating the oil with the help of a polishing separator thereby producing high quality avocado oil. In order to preserve the quality of the oil, it is then preserved in huge stainless steel tanks that are exposed to an inert environment.
