I had my daughters 7th birthday party at Sky Zone in Van Nuys on Sunday 4/23, I booked it 5 weeks in advanced. They assigned us a brand new party host for a Sunday afternoon party on a busy day. I of course learned he was new after an hour into the party when other party hosts had to step in because of the terrible job that was being done. All our guests arrived early and the majority came with the waivers pre-filled out with a hard copy or did it online and had their confirmation emails. Our host couldnt handle checking everyone in. He lined the 25 kids up in the hallway for 40 minutes. People were telling them to move or get out of the way and thats what they were instructed to do by the host. He didnt give them their socks or their entry stickers... 50 minutes after our arrival other parents and myself had to start handing out the jump tickets and instructing the kids to take off their shoes and get them fitted for socks. It was grossly disorganized. They gave us extra jump time to try and make up for the fact that they were starting us late. The ticket stickers the kids were given didnt reflect that and the staff neglected to tell the people on court that this birthday party could jump longer. My daughter came up crying when she was asked to leave the court. I got the manager they apologized, yet again. Then we did the party room.. it was fine.At the end of the event our host still couldn’t match the waivers with the guest list and asked me to fill them out online and sign myself as the guardian for other kids. I refused and said that was forgery and illegal of him to ask me to fake a legal document. He didn’t understand, he said but we do this all the time all you have to do is sign it? No young man, that’s not acceptable and completely illegal. He then asked our friends who are attorneys to do the same. The irony was he had all the documents in the same clipboard he was holding.. he just misspelled the names. Ive been throwing large birthday parties for my daughter for the past 7 years. This was highly unorganized, unprofessional and a huge disappointment. Many of her friends had to leave before the party room because the party started so late. The kids liked to bounce but man it was not worth the frustration. My advice to any friends going forward… If you/re looking for a jumping party- go to pump it up.. that place is a well-oiled machine and was the most stress free party Ive ever had.Instead of enjoying my daughters 7th birthday - I spent the majority of time trying to right someone elses wrongs. It was a terrible experience. The manager was very kind and apologetic. She took $100 off the bill and gave us a handful of free tickets for a future visit but it didn’t matter.. the damage of the terrible experience was done. Normally we tip our party hosts $100 - this time my tip is this review on how they could improve their operation.

My family loves this place! Its a fun way to get everyone active, theres different trampolines so everyone can have a good time. The only reason why I didnt give it 5 stars is because their customer service in the food/snack area is very slow, when I asked about pricing both employees gave me a different answer and when I used their vending machine for a drink the machine wasnt working and it took about 30 min for someone to help us resolve the issue and 2 hours later they put an "out of service" sign on their machines.

I have been to a few of these places in Santa Clarita but this was my first time coming to this one. If you come bring water as here it costs a bit to much also if you want to save money leave your things like phone and other things hidden in your car or somewhere else and if you are going to participate I recommend a towel. Overall this place was pretty fun its really big. This place also has lifts for wheelchairs I would recommend calling them to ask them any questions about that I gust noticed them

Its About $20 Per Person If You Stay For 1 Hour And Depending On Age You Get Separated Into Sections Labeled A, B, C, And D. When I Got There I Was Excited But Then Realised That There Wasnt That Much To Choose From, Sadly. Its Still Pretty Fun The Only Thing That Makes It A Little Boring Is The Lines To Have A Game Of Dodgeball Because Dodgeball Also Is Separated By Age For Safety Reasons And So 1 Hour For $20 Feels Like Too Much Money Because When Youre Having Fun Time Flies.

I hate giving 1 star reviews. No excuse to not be fully staffed. 30 minute line. 1 cashier, management hiding in the office. Trash on the floor. The place is packed, no seating. And a big section is closed. Sad. Surprised the franchise puts up with this standard. Besides all the negatives that hit you when you walk in the door, bouncing is a blast. Foam pit is fun. Dodge ball is great. Really a great active activity. They need competition.

My son was at Sky Zone for the first time. I want to take a moment to thank an employee for his kindness and consideration. Jon Crain was the employee at Sky Slam. He was awesome for over an hour with my son who has cerebral palsy. He was patient and encouraging with each guest but took extra time to make sure my son had a blast. Please reward your amazing employee with something nice. It was great to see someone really enjoy his job and all of the kids.

We are just checking in with our Spring Campers...we were excited, unfortunately, its not very camp friendly- it took over 45 minutes to check our campers in. The manager was absolutely no help. :/*Update: I added a star because the 2 other staff members that helped us made up for the managers lack of assistance. They were extremely friendly and considerate of the time it was taking to check us in.

Had a pretty bad experience here today. They have pretty bad customer service. They neglected opening the adult dodgeball saying they "didnt know what time it was going to open" so they told me to wait and had me waiting 10 minutes of my one hour time outside of the court. Just to tell me it wasnt going to open... Thought their response couldve been faster since I am paying for my time there

El lugar es divertido para saltar, pero en verano es demasiado caliente adentro. Hay que comprar calcetas aparte $4 por par. Me hubiera gustado que tuviera diferentes actividades por edad.

Age discrimination. Worst customer service. Period. They kicked us off twice because of our ages. They said, "Little kids off!" And it was during a birthday. Were 12 to 13, but anyone under 15 isnt allowed to play dodgeball. They are too easily influenced by the pressure of annoying parents. One worker was thought to be nice, then kicked us off 20 seconds later. Trash.
