About the Company
Brown's Florist has been proudly serving Hendersonville since 1968. We are still and have always been samefamily owned and operated. We are committed to offering only the finest floral arrangements and gifts, backed by service that is friendly and prompt.
Claudine opened the shop in June of 1968 and still continues to work dailey doing what she loves. The amount of people she has been able to share a special occasion with through the years is phenomenal. Let her be a part of your special memories too!
Christy, her daughter, helps keep the operations running smoothly. She has been here fulltime at the shop since 1988.
Kyndal Lee has now joined us. She is the granddaughter of Claudine, daughter of Christy. This puts us back 3 generations strong at the store! She is a talented designer and has definately inherited Claudine's desire to produce quality flower arrangements.
Bailey Heitmeyer is one of our talented designers. She is your go to for beautiful weddings and events. Let her make something beautiful for you!
Ray McLaughlin is your "driver with a smile", that you see around town. Ray is a retired Hendersonville Fireman, and we are lucky to have him as Head of our delivery service.
Steve Greiner is also on our design staff. He has a passion for creating beautiful sympathy work for celebrating the life of your loved one.
Rip Beazley joined us in 2015, he brings over 35 years experience in the Floral Industry from small shops to large retailers. Our shop is open from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., Monday through Friday and from 9:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. on Saturday.
We are closed on Sundays.
To help assure on-time delivery during the busy holiday season, place your order at least 1 day prior to the following major holidays: Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Day, Valentine's Day, Easter, Administrative Professionals Week, Mother's Day, and Father's Day.
Our shop will always be CLOSED on the following holidays: Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Day, New Year’s Day, Memorial Day, Labor Day and Independence Day.

Delivery Policy
Delivery fees will vary depending on the zip code of the recipient. All delivery fees will be reflected on the order summary page before the order is placed. If there are any questions in regards to the delivery fee please feel free to give us a call.
U.S. orders must be received before Noon in the recipient's time zone to assure same-day delivery. Orders received after that time will be delivered the following day.
We will do our best to accommodate deliveries at specific times of day, but we cannot guarantee it.
We are unable to make deliveries on Sundays with the exception of fureral work. Deliveries requested on this day will be delivered the following business day.
Delivery of orders to rural route addresses or cemeteries cannot be guaranteed.
If you place an order thatis out of our delivery area, that we physically deliver ourselves, ie: to another town that we do not service ourselves, or another state. The pricesyou see for the products on OUR website are for the products that we deliver ourselves,NOT the prices for the shop that would be filling your order. We will check with that shop, and if their prices are different fromours, we will contact you and let you know the difference. Occassionaly they will not carry the same products that we do either, again we will contact you and let you know.
We will be happy to accept your international orders if you call our shop directly. We are unable to accept international orders over the Internet.
Substitution Policy
Occasionally, substitutions may be necessary to create your bouquet due to the availability of certain flowers in various parts of the country. Care is taken to maintain the style, theme and color scheme of the arrangement, using flowers of equal value. Additionally, the substitution of certain keepsake items may be necessary due to increased demand, especially during major holidays. In single-flower arrangements, such as an all rose bouquet, or orchids, we will make every attempt to match the flower type, but may substitute with another color.
